We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant for our West Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Administrative Assistant
- Location: West Houston
- Pay: $26-$32/hr
- Hours: M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Duration: Temp-to-Hire
- Description of Duties: Manage communications including phone calls and emails for the project team. Schedule and coordinate meetings, arrange catering, and prepare materials. Create, edit, and manage documents, reports, and other essential materials (this is the primary responsibility). Maintain organized physical and digital records. Provide general administrative support such as data entry and filing to ensure smooth project operations.
- Requirements: At least 8 years of administrative experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with some knowledge of PowerPoint. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
