We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Rosenberg, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! 

 

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

 

  • Job Title: Administrative Assistant
  • Location: Rosenberg, TX
  • Pay: $20/hr
  • Hours: M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Duration: Temp-to-Hire
  • Description of Duties: This role supports the Account Management team by preparing monthly client invoices, reports, and special projects for assigned districts. Responsibilities include generating invoices, preparing board meeting packages, reporting cash receipts, handling district-specific reports, and acting as a liaison when Account Managers are unavailable.
  • Requirements: Candidates must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
