DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Administrative Assistant
- Location: Southwest Houston
- Pay: $18-20/hour
- Hours: M-Th 8am-4:30pm, F 8am-12pm
- Duration: Temp-to-hire
- Description of Duties: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: coordinate office activities and operations, manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments, etc., manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.), assist in the development of an electronic filing system as we move into a paperless work environment, create and update records and databases, track stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary, submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned, assist colleagues whenever necessary. This position will eventually transition into a Client Manager role with additional responsibilities.
- Requirements: Experience in an office administrative role or similar, communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, experience with MacOS, knowledge of Microsoft Office, proactiveness to take on additional responsibilities, comfortable working in a small entrepreneurial environment. This position will eventually transition into a Client Manager role with additional responsibilities.
