We are hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Southwest Houston client!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Administrative Assistant
- Location: Southwest Houston
- Pay: $20/hour
- Hours: 8am – 5pm
- Duration: Temp to Hire
- Description of Duties: Develop strong working relationships with Field Supervisors, operations staff, and other departments to deliver the best quality service to clients and the community. Process vendor invoices through system. Assist with document control both electronically and hard copy to ensure all filing is current. Create work orders and purchase orders to accommodate outside operations staff. Work in business systems such as Adjutant and Access to create and close service orders and pull reports to provide information as needed. Answer incoming operations calls and perform receptionist relief. Email vendor requests for invoices and update Adjutant system. Assist with special orders and stockroom inventory.
- Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Multi-tasker who is organized with the ability to navigate various software.
