We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Southwest Houston client!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

 

  • Job Title: Administrative Assistant
  • Location: Southwest Houston
  • Pay: $22.00- $25.00 
  • Hours: M-F 7:30am -4:30pm OR 8:00am-5:00PM
  • Duration: Long Term Temporary minimum 6 months
  • Description of Duties: Assist multiple departments with support in billing issues, ordering parts, and field work order communication.  Manage shipment discrepancies and provide administrative support on all projects.  Provide exceptional internal support to the organization. 
  • Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Administrative role.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.  Multi-tasker who is organized with the ability to navigate enterprise software within a fast paced environment.  Prior experience using SAP preferred.
