- Hours: M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Duration: Temp to Hire
- Description of Duties: Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and accounting departments. Answer phones, knowledge of physical and digital filing systems, scanning and printing.
- Requirements: Degree or some college preferred, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle, Multi-departmental Administrative experience. Candidate must be very detail oriented, verbal and written communication, problem solving skills.
