We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Southwest Houston area client!

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee to join our client’s team!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title:  Administrative Assistant
  • Location:  Southwest Houston area
  • Pay:  $20-$23 per hour
  • Hours: 8-5
  • Duration:  Temporary through the end of 2022
  • Description of Duties:   Southwest Houston area company seeks an Administrative Assistant for an immediate need!   The Administrative Assistant will be assisting multiple company departments: Dispatch field work orders and manage email communications coming to the Sales Operations inbox. Obtain third party part quotes for the Field Staff. Work with Buyer/Planner to order all third party vendor parts needed. Work with Buyer/Planner and Logistics to ensure all daily orders have shipped. Work with Credit and Collections to obtain credit releases for accounts with credit holds. Assist with damaged in shipping and/or lost shipment issues. Assist the field with part consumption errors/issues. Assist IT with script testing when SAP is updated.
  • Requirements:  2+ years’ experience in an administrative support role. Candidate must be customer-centric, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional organizational skills and manages competing priorities. Prior experience using SAP is highly desirable.
