We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Southwest Houston client!

 

We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees to join our client’s team!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

 

  • Job Title: Administrative Assistant
  • Location: Southwest Houston
  • Pay: $20/hour
  • Hours: 8am – 5pm
  • Duration: Temp to Hire
  • Description of Duties: Provide office support in areas of receptionist, client relations, and field operations.  Process invoices, work orders and manage document control.  Communicate with various departments in order to provide quality service.  Additional request as assigned. 
  • Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Administrative role.  Proficient in Microsoft Office.  Multi-tasker who is organized with the ability to navigate various software.
