We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Southeast Houston client!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Administrative Assistant
  • Location: Hitchcock, TX
  • Pay: $15-$16
  • Hours: 8AM-5PM
  • Duration: Temp-Hire
  • Description of Duties: Answer phones and greet visitors, schedule appointments and maintain calendars, schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings, assist HR department, collate and distribute mail, prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence, assist customers and delivery drivers upon arrival to facility
  • Requirements: Must have strong Excel and Outlook experience. Must be able to work overtime if requested.
