- Description of Duties: Southwest Central Houston area company seeks an Administrative Assistant. The position is responsible for supporting the President & CEO in the administration of his office; including co-managing his schedule, answering phones and taking messages, preparing correspondence, planning and attending Board meetings, taking and transcribing minutes, as well as communicating and coordinating duties as assigned with the Board of Trustees.
- Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, plus 5 or more years of related executive level and board support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong computer skills with fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
