Accounts Payable

We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk for our Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

• Location: Southeast Houston

• Pay: $25-27/hr.

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am - 5pm

• Duration: Temp-to-Hire

• Description of Duties:

Process vendor invoices, verify approvals, and enter data into the accounting system. Maintain vendor records, assist with check runs, wires, and ACH payments, and communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice or payment questions. Support reconciliations and month-end accounting tasks.

• Requirements:

High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred. At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
