DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Account Manager- Customer Care Specialist
- Location: Northwest Houston area
- Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
- Hours: M-F, 8-5, 100 % onsite
- Duration: Temp to hire
- Description of Duties: Account Manager will onboard all new customers and set-up and enter all new customer contracts, terms of service, customer work sites, departments, and billing details such as purchase orders and other billing contract terms.
- Requirements: 2 years' experience recent account management and billing in medical or healthcare field. in addition, this role also requires 2+ years high level customer service experience. Advanced CRM software program experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Word. Perfect Candidate will have advanced data entry skills for high level accuracy of account and billing record entries.
