Our Business Development Consultant's primary responsibility is new business development and account management.  You must be comfortable with cold-calling on the phone, canvassing in the field, customer retention and follow-up.

Applicants must have a proven sales track record of success, and also must have a hunter mentality combined with a passion for sales.  You should also have prior experience with negotiations, goal setting and the desire to achieve and exceed sales metrics.

We are looking for dedicated, experienced sales professionals who want to work with a stable, reputable, 44-year-old company and an award-winning team. You must currently reside within the Greater Houston area, and possess sales experience within either the staffing industry (preferred) or a service-related industry.
