Southwest Area company has an immediate opportunity available for a Product Supply Coordinator to work in their Stafford, TX facility.

To be a successful Product Supply Coordinator, you must have proficiency with the following job duties:

  • Place material request orders with purchasing department.
  • Release orders and coordinate installs based off customer’s release date or request.
  • Follow up with customer on estimated arrival times and problem solve if necessary.
  • Approve installer’s invoices and hire contract labor.
  • Manage customer’s expectations with follow up calls.

Skills you will need:

  • Proficiency with computer software programs including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Prior work experience utilizing an ERP system, preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment.

The Product Supply Coordinator position is a temporary-to-hire position paying $15-$18/hour.
