Our client located in the Richmond/Rosenberg area is seeking a service oriented temporary-to-hire Personal/Administrative Assistant to join their growing team.

This role will support the CEO and be the backup to the Head Executive Assistant. This role will also support other Executive staff as needed.


  • Will assist with scheduling international travel (flights, hotels, cars, etc.)
  • Handle calls that come through for the team that are business and personal related
  • Generate weekly sales reports and provide data to the team
  • Must be flexible to learn and take on other projects & duties as the role develops
  • Business Operating Hours: 8:30 - 5:30


  • 3+ years of Administrative/Executive support experience
  • Flexible mindset & schedule - may be required last minute to stay late or work on weekends
  • Must love animals - will have to interact with dogs and/or cats on a daily basis in the office
  • Intermediate skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
  • SAP experience is a major plus
  • Comfortable working in a sometimes demanding environment
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
