We’re hiring for an Order Entry/Customer Service position for our growing client in the Southeast Houston area.

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title:  Order Entry/Customer Service

Location:  Southeast Houston area

Pay: $15-16 per hour

Hours:  8-5 Monday through Friday

Duration:  Temp-to-hire

Description of Duties:   Order Entry/Customer Service position is now available in the Southeast Houston area!  In order to successfully apply for this role, you should be comfortable with the following job duties:  Will work with vendors to establish pricing for drums, totes, etc., and enter this information into QuickBooks. Will take orders from customers via email and phone, enter the orders and monitor them to ensure they are delivered on time.  Will also research and resolve any customer delivery issues – i.e. wrong quantity or product, etc.

Requirements:  At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. Quickbooks experience is a plus, but not required. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail and advanced Excel skills – create spreadsheets, formulas and pivot tables.  Must have fast and accurate data entry skills.
