DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Inventory Clerk
  • Location: Houston, TX
  • Pay:$13.50 - $15.00 per hour DOE
  • Hours: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Duration: Temp to Hire
  • Description of Duties: Accurately controls and tracks physical inventory
    • Maintain status of orders through entire process
    • Participate in inventory process and daily audits
    • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
    • Maintain and manage accurate records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, and/or supplies stocked
    • Maintain shipping and receiving schedules

  • Requirements: • 2-3 years’ experience inventory cycle counting
    • Forklift experience
    • Ability to manage priorities, multiple projects, and workflow
    • Acute attention to detail
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

 PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Continually required to stand
• Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds
• Continual exposure to outside weather conditions
• Frequent loud noise
