Import/Export Customer Service Specialist
We’re hiring a Customer Service Specialist for our Southeast Houston area client!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
- Location: Southeast Houston area
- Pay: $22-24 per hour
- Hours: M-F
- Duration: Temp-to-Hire
- Description of Duties: Southeast Houston area company seeks a Customer Service Specialist who has worked in the import/export industry: Advocate for customers’ successful transportation transactions with entire supply chain: brokers, warehouse, port, rail lines and within company. Assures successful execution of orders by close coordination with operations and timely communication and documentation relative to customer transactions and accessorials. Informs customers of problems or other urgent matters and decides on appropriate resolution and follow-up procedures. Reviews completed orders daily to make sure all billing info, rates, and accessorial charges are accurate and authorized. Releases equipment for orders.
- Requirements: 1+ year of import/export and inter modal experience. All applicants must agree to receive a pre-employment COVID vaccine.
