We’re hiring for a Customer Service position for our growing client in the Southeast Houston area.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Southeast Houston area

Pay: $15-17 per hour

Hours: 8-5 Monday through Friday

Duration: Temp-to-hire

Description of Duties: Customer Service position is now available in the Southeast Houston area! In order to successfully apply for this role, you should be comfortable with the following job duties: Customer Service - Take customer phone calls and process customer orders, communicate with staff and clients via outlook regrading orders, keep up with inventory for customers (going to client or orders placed) and client via Excel, update inventory in Excel when new shipments come and go, track Shipping/ Receiving for order to clients (work closely with warehouse team). Accounting duties - Use QuickBooks to enter invoices for customers, post payments for customers, matching PO’s to Invoices. Email invoices via outlook for customers

Requirements: 1-2 years' experience in a similar position. 1-2 years' experience in Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks with at least intermediate level skills required. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail and fast and accurate data entry skills.
