A Utilities company in West Houston has an immediate need for a Bilingual Receptionist/HR Assistant who will not only be the face of the company assisting the general public, but will also be an integral piece to the HR team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • First and foremost, this role will be responsible for all front desk duties
  • Helps general public with utility payments, questions, etc.
  • Support HR by pre-screening applicants and scheduling interviews for the HR team
  • Assist with keeping new hire & personnel records up-to-date
  • Previous Payroll experience a plus

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in a Receptionist position
  • 2 - 3 years of experience working in an HR department
  • Fully Bilingual - read/write/speak - Spanish
