Houston area company near Beltway 8 and I-10 is looking for an Assistant Manager to manage and coordinate administrative duties of a school.

You may be a candidate for this role if:

  • You have a love for music!
  • You are a self-starter and enjoy leading a group of people.
  • What you will do:

    • Answer phones and assist students and parents.
    • Finalize schedules of classes, camps, and lessons for students.
    • Assist in processing invoices, retail sales and billing customers.
    • Maintain various reports on enrollment and sales.
    • About you:

      • 4 years of professional administrative experience, required
      • 2 years of professional managerial experience, required
      • Excellent multi-tasking skills and able to move in a fast-paced work environment
      • Brownie points if you have worked in a school or retail work environment before.
      • EXTRA
      • brownie points if you know how to play a musical instrument.
