We’re hiring a Administrative Clerk for our Southeast Houston area client!

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee to join our client’s team!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Administrative Clerk – Purchasing / Accounting
  • Location: Southeast Houston area
  • Pay: $18-$22/hr.
  • Hours: 8am-5pm M-F
  • Duration: Temp-to-hire

Description of Duties:

  • Scan documents into ERP system
  • Call vendors for ETA’s on products
  • File paperwork for both accounting and purchasing.
  • Data entry into Excel
  • Provide office / administrative support to department heads as requested

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically with Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities
