We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Northwest Houston client!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Administrative Assistant
  • Location:  Northwest Houston
  • Pay:  Up to $27 per hour
  • Hours: 7am to 4pm
  • Duration:  Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
  • Description of Duties:  Company in the Northwest Houston area is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. Daily job duties include: Answering phones. Filing. Mailing out invoices, reports and other documents. Preparing shipments, labels and receiving shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Ordering office supplies. Creating job files and printing labels. Uniform maintenance inventory. General office upkeep. Overhead records and purchase orders. Assisting with requesting PO#s from customers. Printing P&Ls and getting files ready to be reviewed. Requesting timesheets, reports, JSA’s, receipts and invoices from vendors and techs. Pulling files for billing and helping prepare for approval. Accounts Payable – getting vendor invoices approved and entered for payment. Employee expense reports- getting approved and entered for payment. Accounts Receivable – Assisting Accountant with collections. Keeping meeting minutes. Safety and HSE records maintenance.
  • Requirements:  Some college or post-secondary training preferred. Must be able to multitask. Must be comfortable communicating with customers and vendors. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks knowledge preferred
