We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Southwest Houston area client!

  • Pay:  $45-50K annually, plus annual bonus, plus outstanding benefits!
  • Hours:  M-Th 8-5, F 8-4:30
  • Duration:  Direct Hire
  • Description of Duties:   Southwest Houston area company seeks an Administrative Assistant for an immediate need!   The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support to accounting, managerial and executive staff in a well-organized and timely manner, assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general administrative activities. Though not an exhaustive list, the position will be responsible for duties such as filing, ordering of supplies, answering the phones, opening and sorting mail, scanning, opening the office, cleaning the kitchen, typing, creating spreadsheets, organizing, filling printers with paper, running errands, etc. Additionally, the position may occasionally be responsible for light bookkeeping including entering journal entries, cash transactions and reconciling bank accounts utilizing the company’s accounting software.
  • Requirements:  Must be able to handle daily office administrative and light bookkeeping tasks. Must be at the intermediate to expert level with Microsoft & Apple software. Family offices experience a plus; must possess the ability to multitask, develop and learn new processes and be able to support satellite offices within greater Houston area. Must be a team oriented individual with excellent verbal and writing skills.
