We’re hiring Administrative Assistant for a Northwest Houston area client!

We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employee to join our client’s team!


 Job Title:  Administrative Assistant

  • Location:  Northwest Houston
  • Pay:  $15 per hour
  • Hours: 8-5 Monday - Friday
  • Duration: Temporary to Permanent 
  • Description of Duties:  Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, supports managers, and employees through a variety of administrative tasks. Answering Phones, Generate invoices for customer billing, scanning and emailing, create and maintain files, filing of purchase orders, update daily reports, maintain office equipment and ordering office supplies.
  • Requirements: 
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Administrative Support roles. 
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Previous experience with billing (preferred)
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
