  • Do I have to pay anything to find a job through Carlton Staffing?
    • No. Our services for job seekers are always free of charge.
  • How do I get started?
    • Your first step will be to send us your updated resume. We will review it, and if we will be able to help you find a job, you will then be contacted to schedule an appointment with a staffing consultant at one of our conveniently located Carlton Staffing branches. If you are not contacted, please call to confirm that we have received your resume.
  • What should I expect of my interview at Carlton Staffing?
    • Please read this page before your appointment! You should prepare for a formal job interview. Dress professionally and present us with your skills, knowledge and goals. You should plan on our entire initial interview process to take around an hour to an hour and a half. During this time, you might be asked to do some testing on programs related to your job experience and skills.
  • I have finished my initial interview with Carlton. How soon will I get a job opportunity?
    • We strive to place the right employees in the most suitable positions. This is based on your preferences, skills, and previous job experience, as well as the requirements given by our clients. When we have an opportunity that is a fit, we will call you and discuss the available position. Some new employees are placed immediately.
