One of our leading Inner Loop area manufacturing clients is searching for a professional and organized receptionist to join their team for the long haul and this could turn into your forever career home!
Main duties will include:
-Greeting customers/clients in a professional manner
-Assisting with any large projects that come in
-Answering telephones, direct calls and take messages as needed
-Handling calendar organization utilizing Microsoft Outlook
-Handling basic data entry, document creation, reports, etc. as needed
-Handling mail/packages including FedEx and UPS.
-Assisting with any other related tasks as needed.
-At least two years of experience handling basic receptionist/administrative functions
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Reliability and Professionalism are a must!
-Must be a self-starter and quick to jump in to help on projects as needed
Pay Rate: $11.50/hour
