A growing Inner loop area company is searching for a talented and professional corporate receptionist to join their team!
Main duties will include:
-Greet customers/clients in a professional manner
-Assist with any large projects that come in
-Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages as needed
-Handle calendar organization utilizing Microsoft Outlook
-Handle basic data entry, document creation, reports, etc. as needed
-Handle mail/packages including FedEx and UPS.
-Assist with any other related tasks as needed.
-At least two years of experience in a corporate office environment
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Reliability and Professionalism are a must!
-Must be a self-starter and quick to jump in to help on projects as needed!
