Bilingual Corporate Development Analyst- Mergers and Acquisitions

One of our international inner loop clients is looking to add a Corporate Development Analyst to their growing team. This individual will be handling financial analysis and modeling activities to support Corporate Development activities in the Latin America region. This individual must analyze all kind of financial data to produce accurate financial reports and must be able to communicate improvement opportunities.

The day to day:

· Perform specific tasks within finance - for example, Forecasts, budgets, long range planning and monthly consolidation of regional results

· Perform ad hoc reporting to support requests for financial information from Finance

· Assess cost benefit analysis and return on investment for capital projects.

· Assist in reporting and analysis for the Budget Cycle.

· Perform an integral role in the redesign, data collection, communication, and analysis for the annual Long Range Plan data collection and presentations.

· Interact with sub regional management in degree required to conduct effective assessments of actual, budgeted and forecasted figures.

· Support the roll out of the Hyperion Business Intelligence Tool

· Prepare and analyze performance metrics and result summaries from the regions

· Assist Corporate Planning and M&A Manager in the financial analysis and modeling of potential acquisitions.

· Provide financial analysis to support business decisions in finance.

· Deliver integrated excel spreadsheets from all regions for Planning and reporting.

· Support M&A activities in modeling to assist in acquisition analysis.

What you have:

· Bachelors in Finance or related degree

· Working knowledge of finance principals and strong interpersonal skills

· 5 years of number crunching experience for mergers and acquisitions, business cases, and scenarios

· Self-starter, intelligent, smart, politically aware, independent economist, this person asks for forgiveness and not for permission, willing to take risks

· Ability to get an Excel sheet and immediately know what’s wrong

· Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
