Responsibilities include:

	Recruit, screen and hire employees. Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and interviewing activities.
	Fill open positions and provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
	Develop a partnership with clients
	Assist in implementing branch revenue and expense forecasts.
	Support Branch Manager to ensure financial goals are met or exceeded while ensuring full compliance on all Carlton Staffing policies and procedures.
	Set and monitor pay and bill rates based on skill categories. Communicate weekly with corporate credit department and assist with outstanding accounts receivable invoices.
	Assist sales department in lead generation and prospecting through marketing activities.
	Assist in efforts to expand name and brand recognition through various advertising and public relations activities.

Requires:

	A minimum of 2-3 years of experience within the staffing industry
	A proven track record of providing clients with consistent staffing solutions
	A working knowledge of labor and employment laws
	The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
	Effective written and verbal communication skills.
	The ability to act as a team player and benefit from a team-driven environment.
	Exceptional problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills.
	Proficiency in PC software packages such as MS Office and e-mail. Knowledge of SkilMatch a plus.
	College degree preferred.
