During the company’s formative years, Carlton Staffing’s divisions of service operated as independent companies.  These companies were known as Carlton Temporaries, Carlton Accounting & Financial, Carlton Strategic Staffing and Carlton Hospitality Services.  In 1995, the companies were brought together to form Carlton Staffing and its specialty divisions of service.
