Carlton Staffing is currently
looking for sales representatives with experience within the staffing
industry. This position is responsible for new business development
within an assigned territory, as well as, overall account management,
including prospecting, sales, service, retention and follow-up.
Applicants must possess 2-3 years experience within the staffing
industry, a proven track record of effective sales within a service
industry, a drive for success and the desire to be an innovative problem
solver for our clients. Applicants should also possess effective verbal
and written communications skill, including proposal writing and
negotiating skills. Salary DOE. College degree preferred.
