Applicants must possess a proven track record of effective face-to-face customer service within the service industry, a drive for success and the desire to be an innovative problem solver for our clients. Applicants should also possess effective verbal and written communications skills, a working knowledge of labor and employment laws; as well as exceptional problem solving skills, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills. Knowledge of MS-Word and SkilMatch database experience a plus. College degree a plus.
