Carlton Staffing is currently accepting resumes for staffing consultants with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in the industry. This position is responsible for all aspects of staffing operations including recruiting, screening, hiring, and managing temporary employees. This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships through exemplary customer service and skill marketing.

Applicants must possess a proven track record of effective face-to-face customer service within the service industry, a drive for success and the desire to be an innovative problem solver for our clients. Applicants should also possess effective verbal and written communications skills, a working knowledge of labor and employment laws; as well as exceptional problem solving skills, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills. Knowledge of MS-Word and SkilMatch database experience a plus. College degree a plus.
