Carlton Staffing is currently accepting resumes for management professionals with at least 3-5 years of combined sales and branch management experience within the staffing industry. This position oversees all operations and sales activities of the branch, in addition to managing and meeting branch plans, forecasts and budgets.   

This position is also an active selling position, and will be responsible for new business development within an assigned territory, as well as, overall account management, including prospecting, sales, service, retention and follow-up. 

Applicants must possess management experience and a proven track record of effective service industry sales. Applicants should also possess effective verbal and written communications skill, including proposal writing and negotiating skills. A working knowledge of labor and employment laws and exceptional problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills are essential. Salary DOE. College degree preferred.
