This position is also an active selling position, and will be responsible for new business development within an assigned territory, as well as, overall account management, including prospecting, sales, service, retention and follow-up. Applicants must possess management experience and a proven track record of effective service industry sales. Applicants should also possess effective verbal and written communications skill, including proposal writing and negotiating skills. A working knowledge of labor and employment laws and exceptional problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills are essential. Salary DOE. College degree preferred.
